Lipcy-Up Heads to Vienna: Finalist Team at EPO CodeFest 2025!
After two intense months of innovation, collaboration, and late-night coding, we’re proud to announce that Lipcy-Up has made it to the final six teams of the EPO CodeFest 2025!
Out of 33 teams representing 30 countries, we’re among the few still standing — and we’re heading to Vienna on July 3rd for the grand finale. The competition has been fierce, the ideas bold, and the energy unmatched — and we’re ready to take it all the way.

Lipcy-Up is more than just a team name. It represents a powerful alliance between the Lipstip crew, and brilliant minds from CY Tech and the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour. United by our shared passion for AI and intellectual property, we’ve developed a unique, AI-driven solution designed to tackle real-world challenges in the IP landscape.
This isn’t just about technology — it’s about teamwork, vision, and a drive to build tools that make a difference.
Pau to Vienna: Putting Our Region on the Map
As we prepare to take the stage in Vienna, we’re proudly carrying the spirit of Pau, Capitale Humaine and the Béarn region with us. We’re showing the European tech scene what local talent, when empowered and connected, can achieve on a global scale.
Our journey so far has been fueled by shared commitment, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a belief in the transformative power of AI. And while reaching the finals is already a huge milestone, we’re aiming even higher.
What’s Next? The Grand Finale
On July 3rd, our team will pitch and demo our solution in front of expert judges at the European Patent Office’s CodeFest Grand Finale in Vienna. It’s the final stretch — and we’re going in with everything we’ve got.
Whether we bring home the top prize or not, we’ve already won in so many ways: building a working prototype, strengthening our partnerships, and gaining invaluable experience that will shape our future projects.
